In real life, this equilibrium never happen...work, time, energy, just to name a few...
You may get 1/10 of what you contribute...Do you really mind?It depends.
It minds in most of the times, especially in team work...
Where you contribute a lot, you do this and that (which normally people don't see it), how much will other appreciates??....Cool, Cruel...
You have to accept it...It had become the norm of our life for most of us..
Or the other will appreciate it but you don't know? It seems like unbelievable...
Anyway, as long as you feel it is worth to do, to contribute, perhaps as long as you are happy to see the output, you start not to bother that much..it really happens...
Don't blame others....

Take this as a challenge where you are empowered to do so..
Take this as opportunity to learn...
Take this as a way to become a better man!!
