You may wonder why Barlicafe...
Because
Barli + Nescafe = Barlicafe
It taste better than Barli
Yet, it taste smoother than Nescafe-typical coffee
How to make it? Easy...
Firstly, get ready your barli water without adding sugar....Boil till all barli are soft enough to be chewed..
Then, pour your instant Nescafe powder into your mug...(It is better if you can get your normal Nescafe powder, evaporated mik, creamer and blend them all according to your own taste)
Next, get your barli water without those barli to mix with the coffee powder...
Lastly, add ice accordingly to make it chilled!!!
Here, you come....Iced Barlicafe!!!

Actually, I am not the inventor...it is originated in Taiping...a restaurant called Kaka....and this drink named Kaka Beng (Beng=Iced)....I asked them the secret of this drink....
